孟加拉吉大港落地簽 Visa on Arrival (VOA)
今年6月初第二次去孟加拉，這次只待26天，因此打算直接到機場申請落地簽。
關於落地簽，我從網路資訊得知達卡機場有開放落地簽給台灣旅客申請。雖在他們的官網上標示可申請落地簽的少少限定國家[1]中沒有「台灣」，但有包括中國，對孟加拉國移民署來說，台灣是可以被歸類在中國之下特例處理的。

(c) Only for the purpose of official duty, business, investment and tourism citizens arriving from USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Russian Federation, China, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, UAE, Saudi Arabia (KSA), Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain and the countries of Europe may issue visa on arrival after examining and being satisfied by the immigration authority at the Airports and Land Ports;
總之，持中華民國護照，可以經空路在孟加拉申請落地簽（期限30天），機場的VOC櫃檯是24小時開放，但只限定特定機場：Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet airport only.
只要帶著回程機票、邀請函或飯店訂單，其他要繳交的表格都是到現場直接填寫。
申請過程
降落吉大港機場之後，落地簽申請的地方在移民檢查站，走到最左邊那個「外交簽證／落地簽」的通道排隊即可。我的情況是，告知要用中華民國護照申請落地簽後，有一位辦公室人員帶我離開櫃檯，前往後方行李轉盤那邊一間小辦公室繳費。該事務員簽收了我五十元美金簽證費，沒有發生網路上通常會建議的給予佣金/索賄的情況。
繳完費後，拿著該繳費單收據回原來申請的移民署櫃檯，填好幾張表格、交上邀請函後，經移民署官員簡單詢問你來幹嘛、與在地接洽人的關係、住哪裡之類之後，最後核發給我兩張紙（一張簽證、一張落地簽繳費單）給你，囑咐你這兩張紙絕對不能弄丟，離境時必須出示。
拿著這兩張紙也就是孟加拉的三十天簽證，拖著行李，就可以開心入境。

看醫生這事講求緣分，名醫難得約上診，約上了也不一定願意持續醫妳這個病人。也可能醫生不得病患的心，即便醫術再高明，仗著高明而實行父權跋扈的，把權力當醫藥費的，我寧可病久一點也不給醫。醫生當然也少一個病人少一點煩心。反正醫生多少不那麼為錢工作（其實還真不一定）。
非城市的小鎮，醫療資源本來就不如城市的醫院，窮鄉僻壤的有錢人都相信大醫院品牌，看病都要進城去；不能移動的農民們，更多選擇就近的。例如東勢小鎮就這種麼一家婦產科，老醫生當然可說經驗老道，但儀器設備的不足是不爭的事實，甚至某些治療方式似乎還停留在二十年前，令人不安。鄉村大夥都到豐原台中去做產檢、生產，住在鄉下就是有這種須付出的代價。
許多高明的醫生不但醫身也醫心，數十萬的閱人次數，養成看人的火眼金睛，知道病人的病徵也知道病人的性格，雙雙對症下藥，讓人看完身病也得到心鬱的消解。
