In Bengali "Jog" means "plus/+", and in Bengali grammar, Jog+Jog="যোগাযোগ" (jogajog) which means "connection/communication/get connected". Through JOGaJOG we want to connect different people's thinking and share different perspectives. Especially those voices have seldom been heard in Bangladesh, the voice from new.

JOGaJOG is a newsletter supported by Jog Art Space as an initial result from the workshop “Preserve for future: A Workshop on Art Writing, Critical Thinking and Living” which hosted by residency researcher Fiona Cheng in 2016. In a practical way, we want to memorise the art practices happens in our surrounding, and memorise our ephemeral thinking.
